Randy Cruz brings more than 25 years of wrestling experience as an athlete, coach, and Director of Wrestling at Open Mat Academy. A small business owner and dedicated community leader, he is passionate about helping young athletes succeed both on and off the mat.

As a Board Member of the Fight for the Dream Foundation, Randy champions personal growth through mentorship and self-development. He helps young athletes build confidence, set meaningful goals, develop strong habits, and balance academics with athletics. His mission is to empower the next generation with the character, discipline, and leadership skills needed for lifelong success.
